| Training Programs We offer training programs and workshops designed to help young adults prepare their "soft skills" (i.e. Communication skills) to go along with the technical and educational training they have received. By providing these services to community training, after school, and adult training programs and organizations, we feel that we help people create more positive and cooperative relationships, better work environments, and more cooperative neighborhoods and communities. We also provide training programs for caregivers needing formal training to compliment their experience. For more information on caregiver training programs, please contact us. 2011 Workshops Arrington Management Services has developed workshops that are designed to improve basic communication skills, group behavior, job skills, teamwork, dispute resolution, and diversity. It is our intent and hope that by helping others learn and develop these skills, we will improve our neighborhoods, communities and work place. We will also create client-specialized workshops to meet the specific training requirements of our clients. We currently have no public workshops scheduled.
