AMS Care Services is a division of Arrington Management Services, Inc. that provides non-medical, homecare services to clients, who may require assistance in
their own homes and communities to assist in the maintenance and retention of their independence and well-being. We offer best-in-quality services to clients who are
basically housebound, physically or mentally challenged, recently discharged from the hospital; family caregivers; and accident victims in a manner that will enable our
clients to lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes. We also offer respite to family caregivers and help extend and enhance living
at home as a safe and comfortable alternative to institutional living without the stress of interrupted routines and changes in daily habits. We carefully assess our clients
needs and work with them and their families to develop a comprehensive care plan to ensure that we meet all client requirements and provide quality care.
What Services We Provide
AMS Care Services provides the following services, based on the needs of our clients and their families:

How We Provide Added Value
We are different from other home care agencies. AMS Care Services is your "Coordinated Care Integrator". We coordinate all of your service needs from relocation
services to financial planning and legal services. We are also a "boutique" service provider in that we customize all services to fit our clients' specific needs. We also add
value to AMS Care Services customers by treating the entire family as our client. Not only do we provide for the personal care of the client needing the care services, we
work with families, using our coaching and mediation services, to remove the stress and conflict which often occur when families are trying to determine how best to care for
their loved one(s) while balancing their own lives and work schedules. By creating and maintaining a more cooperative and peaceful environment for the client and his/her
family, the client better responds to care services, is more motivated in helping with his/her care, family caregivers are better able to cope with the challenges of care giving
in a more compassionate manner, and the entire experience is more tolerable to all involved. Not only do we create care plans and provide services to the person needing
assistance but we make sure we sit and work with the family to make sure that there is a healthy balance and environment for those family members charged with the
primary care of the person needing assistance. We make sure that we take into account the family's schedule requirements, "time off" needs, vacation plans and other
needs (respite care). We incorporate this into the total client/family plan by making sure that there is a complete life balance in the home environment.

Services are available on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week basis to conform to clients' needs

Where Service is Delivered
Services are primarily provided in Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. However, if a need arises, we will strive to accommodate
anyone requiring service outside this geographical area.
Office Hours
Office Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Voice Mail is in place 24 hours a day and checked regularly in order that we can give prompt attention to
requests for immediate assistance.

- • Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, changing beds, and care of house plants
• Assistance with self-administered medications (reminding client to take them at the prescribed time(s) and/or following up to
ensure they are taken)
• Personal care, including
- o assisting with grooming needs (hair care, shaving, routine skin care, and brushing teeth)
o supervising or assisting with tub baths, showers, and/or sponge baths
o assisting with dressing and undressing
o assisting with walking and routine daily exercise activities
- • Meal planning and preparation
• Grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions and personal care items
• Organizing mail
• Companionship and conversation
• Oversee home deliveries and maintenance provided by a third party
• Respite care such as assistance and support provided to family caregivers
• Arrange and escort client to appointments and outings
• Trash removal (from house for pick-up)
