Career and Life Coaching: We specialize in providing career and life coaching services to clients looking for
career alternatives. We use a "total life approach" when working with our clients to find the right jobs and career
paths. We are not a staffing company and do not work to simply help our clients find jobs. Instead, we help them look
at career alternatives. We help them determine whether or not the jobs they currently have or are seeking are right for
them and help them meet their ultimate objectives.
As a part of our career coaching, we also help our clients set personal goals, and offer them various perspectives on
their life and how to get the most out of it. Many of our clients have recognized the benefit of coaching by enjoying a
better work/life balance as we have helped them identify priorities, and focus their time and energies on those things
that help to achieve their career objectives while simultaneously allowing them to enjoy their families and other things
that are very precious to them.
Our coaching services are provided to clients world-wide.
Training Programs: We offer social training programs and workshops designed to help young adults prepare
their "soft skills" (i.e. Communication skills) to go along with the technical and educational training they have received.
By providing these services to community training, after school, and adult training programs and organizations, we feel
that we help people create more positive and cooperative relationships, better work environments, and more
cooperative neighborhoods and communities.

Mediation Services: We also provide community mediation services to individuals and small businesses that
either do not desire or have the financial resources nor time required to have their disputes resolved by way of
traditional (litigation methods). By providing such mediation services, we enable people to resolve disputes more
amicably and in such a way that positive relationships are maintained.
