    Home Care Services

    We charge a variable rate based on the type of service needed, when it is provided, and where it is
    delivered.  

    Rates listed below are a la carte rates for in home care and transport Services.  If a client is
    purchasing a combination of these services, pricing for the suite of services is the same as the fees
    set forth below for Personal Care services.














































1.        There are no costs for client assessments.
2.        The Company’s charges for Statutory Holidays shall be at a rate 1 ½ times the standard rate.
3.        The Company recognizes the following Statutory Holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day,
           Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
4.        The Company charges 40 cents/mile for use of the Company’s or personal/private vehicles.
5.        The Company’s fee/rate structure shall be consistently applied.  
6.        The Company shall accept payment for services in the form of: personal checks, money orders and
           cash.
7.        Rates subject to change upon thirty days advance written notice.


AMS Care Services will discount costs on a case-by-case basis.  Costs are worked out and discussed with
clients prior to commencement of service


Mediation Services

Elder Mediation Services are priced at $350.  On average, Elder Mediation services will be completed within a
two (2) to three (3) hour period.  Elder Mediations requiring more than 3 hours will be priced at and additional
$100 per hour.

Community Mediation Services are priced at $150/hour.  These mediations may, on average, occur over a
period of time ranging from as little as four (4) hours to several days (of 4 hours each), depending on the
complexity of the matter being mediated.
